Investerge launches its new online property investment marketplace at the Property Investment show

Investerge attended their first show last week and it was a booming success. The property Investment show at the Excel has become an annual event and continues to be very well attended.  This year was no exception with over 6,000 investors, landlords, agents, developers and brokers which attended over Friday and Saturday at the beginning of October.  On the Investerge stand the team of Richard, Mark and Sean were showing off the new market place platform, using interactive technology, years of industry experience and as ever a tonne of charisma.

The new system allows investors to see a range of curated investment properties which match their specific investment needs; this could be price, location, let, ready to let, ready to develop or new build. Once interested in an investment the full Investerge service rolls out with each part of the purchase visible on the investor’s private dashboard. Once an investment is completed then Investerge are also able to provide a range of additional services to ensure the target ROI is achieved. This could help with letting or refurbishment or general estate management.
